High Performance Campus
European School of Sports presents its exclusive High Performance Golf Campusoriented to young players as young as 14 years old who aspire to compete at the highest level. Based on the Jim McLean methodology and developed in the facilities of Golf Santander & SportsThe program offers a comprehensive training in technique, physical and mental preparation.
Under the direction of professionals with experience in the circuit, such as Ángel Matallana and Iván Hurtado, participants receive 30 hours of personalized training per week in small groups, with advanced technical analysis technology.
The campus includes full board accommodation, cultural activities and mentoring on academic and sports opportunities in Spain and the USA.

what is our golf summer PROGRAMME like?
Duration of the Program:
The stage The Golf by ESS high performance stage has a duration of three weeks, where each week focuses on a specific block of improvements, such as strokes, techniques and other key aspects.
To complete the total learning block, it is recommended to take all three weeks.
However, each candidate is free to sign up for one, two or all three weeks according to his or her objectives and needs.
- 1 Week: July 7 to 13.
- 2 Weeks: July 7 to 20.
- 3 Weeks: July 7 to 27
Methodology and Format
Jim McLean's methodology is considered one of the most prestigious in the world, with academies in three continents and the largest number of instructors recognized by Golf Digest in the golf teaching industry.
With more than 40 years of research and development dedicated to swing analysis and training golfers of all levels, this methodology is based on a fundamental premise: not all golfers fit into a single swing pattern. Therefore, it adapts to the individual characteristics of each player, enhancing their strengths and correcting their areas of improvement.
As an example of the impact of this approach, we are proud to share that players such as Jorge Siyuan Hao and Alejandro Aguilera have been trained by our instructors at the Jim McLean Academy.

The ESS GOLF Summer Programme offers all our students a first class training in which the player will work collectively and individually on all the global and specific aspects for the development of his talent.

GOLF TEAM
Our team of coaches is not composed of simple instructors, but of professionals with competitive and training experience in the field of golf with their own development centers.
Many of them have worked at the highest levels of amateur and professional golf, having won, among others, 3 Spanish national championships for professionals, which allows them to transmit to the students a deep knowledge of both, the technique and the mentality needed to compete.
Each student receives an individualized development plan focused on specific objectives that reflect their current level and long-term goals. We know that to get to the next level, practicing is not enough. It takes a detailed and systematic approach, which is precisely what we offer.
