About the Program

ESS connects students to a global network of top-tier universities and colleges, offering access to academic programs of excellence. We manage the educational experience through a system of personalized tutors who guide and support students in their academic journey.

Personal Development

The youth stage encompasses all aspects of our personal development. It is an opportunity to deepen our perception of the world and to get to know new areas of society, to become involved in a community and its surrounding culture.

Social awareness: We have to teach our students to live according to our values. We have built ESS as a community, a social structure of its own that is centered on the Give Back concept.

Culture: We want our students to become true adults, and culture plays an important role in their growth. Spain is an exciting country, full of history, traditions and culture, with a particular enthusiasm for social life and fellowship. A unique experience worth living.

Personal Tutors

One of our main commitments and objectives is to ensure the well-being and integration of our students. To this end, we have an internal team of tutors who accompany and guide the students who rely on ESS at all times: dealings with educational centers, personal arrangements (such as medical appointments), bureaucratic procedures, etc.

Each student is assigned to a tutor who will accompany him/her throughout his/her career at ESS. Together (in collaboration with the person in charge of each area), they will define and supervise each student's sports, academic and personal goals set at the beginning of each school year on a monthly basis.

Our tutors are carefully selected and have the appropriate qualifications to provide the necessary support, help and guidance. They will adapt to each student and circumstance, as we understand the complexity of adapting to a new city and culture, and especially the coordination of two simultaneous professional careers.

High School Diploma Online

ESS promotes an international academic program designed for high-performance athletes who wish to pursue an online high school diploma without giving up their athletic development.

This program is developed in collaboration with European High School and Vermont Academy, combining excellent American education with the ESS Dual Career modelmodel, which integrates studies, training, and personalized support.

ESS coordinates the academic-athletic balance and accompanies students throughout the process, ensuring flexibility, continuous monitoring, and an international vision geared toward university studies.
