We are a team
Developing a football player requires much more than talent. It takes discipline, strategy and an environment that fosters both athletic and academic performance.
Our Football Programme, led by experts such as Víctor Cea, Gonzalo García, SGS Football Director, and David Martín, Video and Big Data Analyst, is designed for young football players who aspire to compete at the highest level.
The program combines advanced training with a rigorous educational approach, preparing students to excel in both the field and in their studies, without compromising either area.

what is our football PROGRAMME like?
Our Football Programme is specifically designed for young football players who aspire to a professional career in the most competitive leagues, while maintaining a solid academic performance, which is key to their overall development.
Depending on the program and the level of the player, students will have the opportunity to participate in regional, national and international competitions, with the objective of positioning themselves in front of scouts and elite clubs. This is done in coordination with the technical team, adapting the planning to the key moments of the season.
Our facilities include professional training fields, equipped with performance analysis technology, and a specialized gymnasium that complements the player's physical and technical development. In addition, we provide personalized physiotherapy and physical preparation services, essential to prevent injuries and optimize performance, ensuring that students are prepared for the demands of professional football.
ESS maintains direct contact with federations and organizations such as the Royal Spanish Football Federation (RFEF), the Fédération Internationale de Football Association (FIFA), and the Union of European Football Associations (UEFA), as well as with professional club coaches and scouts. This access allows us to analyze the best competitive options for each player, providing opportunities that fit his profile and projection.
We also offer guidance in the management of rankings, sports scholarships and connections with academies and universities in Europe that have high-performance soccer programs. We know that many of our students aspire to join top European universities and professional leagues, and we work to facilitate their access to these institutions that are key to a successful football career.
The ESS Football program offers all our students a first level training in which the player will work collectively and individually on all the global and specific aspects for the development of his talent.

Specific areas
ESS offers our students the possibility to develop the following aspects in a specific way, attending to the particular needs of each one of them:
- Technical - Tactical: Technification and real match situations and dynamics.
- Cognitive area: Psychological and mental work in all areas of the game.
- Subjective and objective analysis: Through the use of data and its exploitation through Big Data.
- Conditional area: Attending to prevention, development of conditional capacities and general and specific strength.
- Nutrition and supplementation
- Recovery and sleep: Development of habits with contrasted evidences that notoriously influence both aspects.
- PNI: Application in the 360 of the athlete.

Football TEAM
Our team is led by Victor Cea, UEFA PRO certified coach and former director of the Aspire Academy and current coach in 1st RFEF. More than conventional coaches, they are experts with years of experience in European leagues and top level teams, who know in depth the demands of professional football.
Several of our coaches have played or coached in first division teams, having won national titles and worked with elite players. This experience allows them to transmit to our students not only a deep understanding of technique and tactics, but also the mentality necessary to compete at the highest level.
