Why are most young athletes forced to choose?
In Europe, thousands of talented athletes are forced to choose between their sport and their studies. Training schedules clash with school schedules, travel disrupts academic rhythms, and families are left alone to try to coordinate everything.
ESS was created to solve exactly this problem: a fully integrated dual career model that aligns training, studies, and student life so that athletes don't have to choose.
