ESS Paquito Navarro Academy is the first dual career padel program in the world, which allows to reconcile the sporting development of players with a quality academic training. .
The athletes from the academy will have the opportunity to train in a top level a top level environment under the methodology of Paquito Navarro Academy. An academy that has established itself as a benchmark in high performance training in the world of padel, thanks to its work methodology and comprehensive vision of player development.
ESS offers its students a flexible academic program, under the full supervision and support of specialized academic tutors, allowing for a real and unique reconciliation.

what is our PADEL PROGRAMME like?
Our padel program is designed for young players who aspire to compete at the professional level, while maintaining a solid academic performance, crucial to their overall development.
Our athletes will have the opportunity to participate in regional, national and international competitions. The competition calendar will be created under the guidance of the technical team of Paquito Navarro Academy, adapted to the sporting and academic needs of each player.
The program's sports training sessions will take place at our partner's facilities, Ciudad de la Raqueta, a center of reference in Madrid where great players and coaches have passed through.
ESS maintains a close relationship with relevant federations and organizations in the world of padel such as the Royal Spanish Padel Federation, Swiss Padel Federation, Mexican Padel Federation or Hexagon Cup among others, allowing us to evaluate the best competitive options for each player according to their profile and projection.

PADEL TEAM
Our technical team is led by Ramiro Choyawith the special participation of Paquito Navarroone of the great figures of the world paddle.
Ramiro is one of the most prestigious coaches on the professional circuit who has worked with elite players such as Juan Lebron, Sanyo Gutierrez and Miguel Lamperti. Currently he continues to coach Paquito Navarro, one of the best Spanish players of all time who has been in the Top 10 of the world ranking for more than 10 consecutive years and has won 25 titles.
